No event is too small or too big.

Acclaimed for our authentic quality of shave ice and delicious flavors, we offer regular, sugar-free and dye-free options so every guest can enjoy the aloha. Combined with the traditional scoop of ice cream on bottom, you have a delicious island treat your event guests will be raving about.

Over-21 Events
Not just for kids, Haole Boys Shave Ice offers adult-themed flavors, i.e. Daiquari, Mai Tai, Margarita, Mojito and offers mix-in service by adding your favorite alcoholic beverage to our shave ice.
Event Booking and Confirmation
Haole Boys Shave Ice requires the completion of the catering request in order to provide an accurate quote for services. Based on availabillity, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time of your event. The full balance is due if booked within 7 days of scheduled event. While we make every effort to accomodate every request and due to the nature of catering business in general, we cannot reserve any date without a deposit. No exceptions will be made.
Remaining balance is due one week prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments may be made with cash, check or credit card or via paypal. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any bounced/returned checks.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any and ALL permits and their associated costs related to their event.
If cancelled prior to 7 days before scheduled event, your deposit will be refunded as store credit towards your next event. If cancelled 7 or less days prior to your scheduled event, your full deposit will be surrendered. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Haole Boys Shave Ice provides catering service to corporate events, customer or employee appreciation days, product launches, trade-shows, community events, music festivals, and more. We cater anywhere in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino and San Diego County. A travel fee may apply depending on the distance to your event.
